Our concept
Founded in 2019 in Nanchang, China, Petits Plaisirs • 物食记 began as a tea salon and artisanal pastry house.
At that time, Vincent was teaching French pastry, and the project naturally grew around craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the beauty of everyday moments.
In 2022, we returned to France to begin a new chapter, keeping the same name and the same philosophy:
respect for ingredients, respect for time, and respect for the human experience of dining.
Building upon our pastry foundation, we gradually introduced cuisine, shaping today’s identity around a refined dialogue between Chinese culinary sensibility and French elegance.
Our approach favors balance over excess, sincerity over spectacle, and seasonality over routine.
The name “物食记” can be understood as a memory of food and of life.
We envision Petits Plaisirs not simply as a restaurant, but as a place where guests can slow down, share, and reconnect with the pleasure of eating well.
From pastry to cuisine, from China to France,
our belief remains unchanged:
it is always sincerity that leaves the deepest impression.
